All welding is carried out to qualified welding procedures specified in fabrication drawings / weld and test plans. These documents are prepared by Engineering and Welding Engineers to project specifications, contain fabrication work instructions, weld maps, weld procedures and testing requirements. Welding is carried out by approved qualified welders. Records are maintained of all Job Weld Procedures, Welders Qualifications and Tractability of Weld Joints carried out.
